Oversee the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, consistent and efficient operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in line with Oren’s brand values.

Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.

Be a visible and approachable presence on the floor, especially during peak hours.
Financial & Strategic Management

Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to motivate and develop a small, close-knit team.
Curious and passionate about food, wine and hospitality; knowledge of natural wines is a bonus (but not required).
Detail-oriented but flexible, collaborative and down-to-earth — thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What We Offer
Competitive salary (based on experience) with bonus potential.
Opportunity to shape the next chapter of a highly regarded neighbourhood restaurant.
Supportive ownership and a genuine focus on staff wellbeing.
Career development and mentoring opportunities.
Staff meals, discounts, and wellness support.
