  • Role Overview

    We are entering an exciting new chapter under new management. We are a cosy, fun, energetic & casual neighbourhood restaurant serving Middle Eastern–inspired food, with a strong focus on seasonal cooking, great wines, and regular wine and food events.

    As we rebuild and strengthen our team, we are looking for a Manager who is passionate about hospitality and excited to help shape the next stage of the restaurant.

    This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading from the floor while also supporting the operational and administrative side of the business.

    • Wine knowledge and confidence discussing wines with guests

    • Willingness to assist with administrative tasks related to the daily running of the restaurant

    The role

    You’ll work closely with management to support both service and operations. The position combines floor presence, team leadership, and organisational support, helping ensure the restaurant runs smoothly day to day.

     

    What we offer

    • £40,000 – £45,000 per year including Tronc (DOE)

    • 6-month performance bonus

  • Role Overview

    We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Oren.

    Key Qualities

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar kitchen

    • A real passion for food and hospitality

    • Strong team player with a positive attitude

    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

    • Keen to progress and take on responsibility

    • Support the Head Chef in the running and organisation of the kitchen

    • Energetic with a can-do attitude

    • Confident and friendly manner in communication

    • Ability to adapt and be proactive

    Salary

    £37,000

  • We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Oren Delicatessen. This is a full-time role working five days a week (9:00am - 5:30pm).

    Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum DOE

    The key responsibilities include:

    • Support daily deli operations, ensuring consistent quality, freshness, and presentation

    • Maintain stock levels throughout the day, support ordering, and minimise waste

    • Help lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service

    • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards

    • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace

    • Support opening/closing and smooth day-to-day service

    • Assist with deliveries and supplier coordination

    • Work closely with the Deli Manager and wider team

    About you:
    You’ll have experience in a deli, café, restaurant, or similar fast-paced food environment, with a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene. You’re organised, reliable, and hands-on, with the confidence to support and guide a team. A genuine interest in good food and flexibility to work weekends are essential.
